For our DMC Division in Hattersheim am Main (close to Frankfurt), we are looking for an Application Engineer (m/f/d) for Variable Frequency Drives
Your tasks:
An exciting, varied, and challenging job as Application Engineer for variable frequency drives.
You will have the possibility to solve various real-world application challenges using your creativity and innovative technological approaches.
- Support sales and our customers in the execution of projects, by developing an optimized technical solution that considers existing commercial limitations.
- Test or simulate the developed solutions in the YASKAWA laboratories, as well as on-site on the real machine.
- Document and share innovative solution concepts with other YASKAWA colleagues across the world.
- Leverage your knowledge and experience to provide input for the specification of new products and solutions and test them before they are introduced to the market.
Our expectation:
- Completed bachelor or master studies in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Information Technology Engineering, or similar.
- Motivation to work in industrial automation. Experience in drive technologies is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Happy to be a part of a growing, international team, and to grow and further develop your capabilities and knowledge.
- Strong, customer-oriented communication skills, with the ability to explain your viewpoint confidently and respectfully.
- Good spoken and written English language knowledge. Additional languages are an advantage.
- You look forward to short trips within Europe, and cherish the experiences that come by working with other cultures and nations.
